Water Quality Manager- SeAire
Seaire Lagoon | MetroLagoons
MetroLagoons is growing fast, and we’re looking for experienced water quality leaders to grow with us. This is a hands-on, field-based management role for someone who knows water systems, leads from the front, and takes pride in keeping a world-class lagoon safe, clean, and guest-ready.
If you like being outdoors, working in and around the water every day, and leading a technical team — this role is for you.
The Role
The Water Quality Manager reports to the General Manager and Director of Water Quality and is responsible for day-to-day oversight of all water quality operations at Seaire Lagoon.
You’ll manage people, systems, vendors, and resources — making real-time decisions in the field to ensure water quality, safety, and compliance. Most of the workday is spent on site and in the water, not behind a desk.
